Great job to all the campers who worked on their skills at Girls Basketball Camp last week. We hope you learned a lot, feel more confident, and had some fun. 🏀 Big thanks to Coach Cambrice and her helpers!

Six students and their chaperone, Mrs. Lewerenz, spent a wonderful two weeks on an exchange program in Siegen, Germany. They practiced their language skills and got out of their comfort zones in a new school and European culture. Students visited ancient cathedrals, ate schnitzel and curry wurst, and navigated the transportation system among other adventures. We thank the gracious hosts at Evangelisches Gymnasium Siegen-Weidenau and homestay families, and praise God for his protection on this successful trip.

Our Sporting Clays team wrapped up a strong season with a 6th-place Conference finish among 14 teams. Congratulations to Caden, Eli, Isaiah, CJ, and Ethan for their hard work and dedication throughout the season.

Two Crusaders earned Top 10 Conference honors:
🎯 Isaiah – 8th place
🎯 Caden – 10th place

Three team members also competed at the Minnesota State High School Sporting Clays Championship in Marshall on June 14:
🏅 Caden – 10th place (Varsity)
🏅 Isaiah – 48th place (Varsity)
🏅 Ethan – 35th place (JV)

We're thankful for opportunities like Sporting Clays that allow students to develop focus, discipline, sportsmanship, and confidence while representing SCLA. Congratulations on a great season, Crusaders! All to the glory of God.

Kingdom Workers is partnering with some of our SCLA teachers to pilot a Jesus Cares Summer Day Camp on Friday, July 17 from 10:00-2:00 on the campus of St. Croix Lutheran Academy.

Thank you to everyone who came out for ⚾️ SCLA at the Saints Game on Sunday! We are grateful to the Class of 1971 for supporting Tuition Assistance with a donation of $1,971 presented on the field.

Around 50 friends of SCLA were in the stands, and Wall of Honor inductee and alumnus Tom Hunter ('71) threw the opening pitch. Winners of our gala Saints package were in the Bywater box next to the bullpen.
