Six students and their chaperone, Mrs. Lewerenz, spent a wonderful two weeks on an exchange program in Siegen, Germany. They practiced their language skills and got out of their comfort zones in a new school and European culture. Students visited ancient cathedrals, ate schnitzel and curry wurst, and navigated the transportation system among other adventures. We thank the gracious hosts at Evangelisches Gymnasium Siegen-Weidenau and homestay families, and praise God for his protection on this successful trip.

Thank you to everyone who came out for βΎοΈ SCLA at the Saints Game on Sunday! We are grateful to the Class of 1971 for supporting Tuition Assistance with a donation of $1,971 presented on the field.
Around 50 friends of SCLA were in the stands, and Wall of Honor inductee and alumnus Tom Hunter ('71) threw the opening pitch. Winners of our gala Saints package were in the Bywater box next to the bullpen.
β€οΈ Thank you for investing in the next generation of Christian leaders! π€
