One Church. One Mission. One Joyful Night. 💙💛🧡

Last night our community gathered for "One Church, One Mission," a Spirit-filled evening of praise and gratitude. With hearts lifted in worship and eyes fixed on Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, we gave thanks the Lord for His faithfulness and entrusted the year ahead to Him — including every ministry, program, classroom, student, apostolate, project, and family at Saint Joseph.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this night so special, especially our talented musicians, our volunteers and staff who prepared the reception afterwards, and all who joined us in prayer and worship!

We were grateful to prepare to begin this new academic in such a beautiful way —united as one Church, one mission, and one family, seeking to live life to the full in Jesus Christ.

May this be a year of great joy, abundant life, deeper faith, and a renewed desire to bring Jesus Christ to the world through our daily witness.

Join us tonight as we gather to entrust the year ahead to the Lord!

As a new academic year begins, we invite you to join us TONIGHT at 7pm for “One Church, One Mission”: an evening of gratitude, worship, and prayer as we entrust the year ahead to the Lord.

Whether you serve in a parish ministry (i.e. Choir, Senior Adult Ministry, The Rescue Project), our Catholic School, a local/national apostolate (i.e. SPO, CCR, NET), or simply desire to place your work and mission into God’s hands, this evening is an opportunity to pause, give thanks for His faithfulness, and ask for His blessing and guidance in all that lies ahead.

The evening will include Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, with music led by members of our parish community including Luke Spehar, Peter Brown, Abe Gross, Nate Lamusga, Clare Rosenberger, and Steve and Jill Anderson.

A light reception will follow in the Great Room.

What a JOYFUL evening! 💙🧡

Last night, our Saint Joseph Catholic School family gathered for our Back-to-School Family Picnic! Families gathered on the field to reconnect, meet new friends, visit with teachers and staff, and celebrate the beginning of another great year at Saint Joseph. It was an evening of fun, fellowship, and of course, some delicious FREE ice cream.

We were also thrilled by a special appearance from Jaguar Joe, showing off his brand-new look! 🐆🔥

A huge thank-you to our incredible Home & School Association for helping make the evening so special!

There's one week left to take advantage of our Gerten's Fall Mums Fundraiser! 30% of all plant sales and 15% of gift card sales will go directly back to Saint Joseph Catholic School! Plants will be delivered to the school on Thursday, September 10 and must be picked up that day.

We're nearing the finish line of the "Lord, Renew Your Church: A Joyful Return Campaign", and your family has an important role to play in shaping the future of Saint Joseph Catholic School.

Happy Birthday to our beloved School Operations Manager, Mrs. Wrobel! 🎉🎂

From keeping all the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly to supporting our students, families, and staff in countless ways, Mrs. Wrobel brings so much joy, care, and dedication to our school community each and every day.

We're incredibly grateful for her joyful spirit, generous heart, and willingness to step in wherever she's needed. She truly is a gift to our Saint Joseph family!

Over the past 10 days, our priests joined their brothers from the Companions of Christ for a pilgrimage to France filled with fraternity, prayer, renewal, and formation. They walked in the footsteps of great French saints including Saint Francis de Sales, Saint Vincent de Paul, Saint Claude de la Colombière, Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, and concluded in Ars on the Feast of Saint John Vianney, the patron saint of priests, where they celebrated Mass, renewed their annual promises, and prayed before his incorrupt body.

Throughout the pilgrimage, they were renewed in their priestly identity, their devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and their mission to reveal Christ's love to the world. Just as importantly, they were strengthened through the gift of priestly fraternity, encouraging one another to faithfully serve the people God has entrusted to their care.

As they return home, please continue to pray for Father Luke, Father Wappes, Father Steven, Father Chad, and all of our priests, that they may always reveal the Sacred Heart of Jesus to those they serve.

The Saint Joseph the Worker Award honors two outstanding volunteers who, like our patron, faithfully answer the call to serve others with generosity, humility, and joy. Whether they're a dedicated Adorer, an enthusiastic Recess Helper, or someone who quietly serves behind the scenes, this award is meant to celebrate those who make a lasting impact on Saint Joseph Catholic Church & School.

Nominations close Thursday, July 31. Nominees will be reviewed and honorees selected by church and school administrators. Honorees will be announced Oktoberfest weekend (September 19-20). Honorees will be notified prior to the event.

We invite you to join us in keeping Father Luke, Father Wappes, Father Steven, and Father Chad in your prayers as they join 41 priests from across the Archdiocese on a pilgrimage to France. These priests are members of the Companions of Christ, a group of diocesan priests who are committed to living together in fraternity.

May this pilgrimage be a time of renewal, grace, refreshment, and deeper communion with Christ. We look forward to welcoming them home refreshed and inspired!
