All Washington Unified School District (WUSD) schools, including Washington Middle College High School (WMCHS), will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

While long weekends are a welcome opportunity to rest and recharge, we encourage everyone to keep the break to the scheduled holiday weekend and plan for students to return to school ready to learn on Tuesday, September 8.

A strong start to the school year includes being at school, on time, every day possible. Regular attendance helps students stay connected to learning, teachers, classmates, and the routines that support success.
