🌱 Connecting College to Community at The Learning Tree! 🎨🔬

At The Learning Tree, we believe that strong school-to-community connections create meaningful learning experiences for children.

We’re proud to partner with JobsU JobsU | Boston Babysitters & Local Help , a company that specializes in connecting college students with opportunities to make an impact in their communities.

Through JobsU, we found the perfect matches for our school — college students studying in STEM and art-related fields who bring their knowledge, creativity, and passion into our classrooms through exciting, hands-on experiences for our students! 🧪🎨✨

We love giving our children the opportunity to learn from members of our community while college students gain meaningful, real-world experience working with young learners.

When college and community come together, learning becomes even more meaningful. 🌳💚

🌱 WHY DOES PRESCHOOL MATTER? 🌱

Because the little years build the BIG future! 💛✨

At The Learning Tree Preschool, children are doing so much more than simply playing. Through hands-on learning, meaningful connections, creativity, and play, our little learners are building confidence, social skills, independence, problem-solving skills, and a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond. 🌈🧸📚

Every day is an opportunity to Play. Learn. Grow. Belong. 🌳💚

🖐️✨ Little hands, big learning!

Today our toddlers practiced their fine motor skills through hands-on play! Activities that encourage grasping, pinching, picking up, and manipulating objects help strengthen the small muscles in their hands and fingers.

Fine motor development is important for building independence and preparing children for everyday skills like feeding themselves, getting dressed, turning pages, using crayons, and eventually writing. 🖍️📚

At The Learning Tree, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences! 🌱💚

👀👂👃👅🖐️ Exploring Our Five Senses During Circle Time!

Our little learners had a fun and engaging circle time as we learned about our five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch! 🌈✨

Through songs, discussion, and hands-on learning, the children practiced identifying how we use each sense to explore and understand the world around us. 💚🌳

Learning through curiosity, conversation, and play! 🥰
