Complete administrative tasks and duties as needed.
Close and open Center as needed
Train staff
Aid director in EEC regulations and policies

Will be a main teacher in the classroom and monitor of children.

Work with the director and teachers to establish, evaluate, and revise curriculum.

Help director Maintain center paperwork, keeping files on each child and proof of meeting government regulations.

Help director ensure the center and staff comply to safety standards and government regulations.

Interacting with parents and meeting their need and expectations

Maintaining order within the establishment

Assist the director with planning, managing, marketing, and directing a childcare program.

Supervise and evaluate teachers, provide mentoring and training to help teachers improve their skills.
