Chair Yoga! So beneficial and doable for those not able or inclined to stand or do floor work. But also amazing to do anytime you have a seat and have some time.

Sacred places could mean anywhere and for each person their own. I was lucky enough to be at one of my sacred places today and to be able to practice my yoga there. You can make a place sacred simply by feeling taken care of, enlightened or just plain comfy there.

Kids doing yoga: such ease and natural movement. They often are already in the moment with no reservations and with trust in their bodies. We grownups are working hard backwards to regain that body comfort. Yoga helps with that!🩷🩷🩷
