Also, parents, a quick reminder that both today and tomorrow are early out schedules. This means students will be released at 1:30pm.

Welcome back everyone!!

It was great to see a lot of you at Back to School night! We are back in full swing and we'll be running full speed ahead here pretty quick.

Please be sure to go and pay your PTA dues so we are in compliance this school year for those that help volunteer at PTA events. You can do that by clicking here: https://westpointelem.givebacks.com/shop

It's still $10 per PTA volunteer (not family), so if you have a spouse, grandparent or neighbor who'd like to help out, they will also need to pay an additional PTA dues. We don't make the rules, it's all Utah PTA. We are more than willing to discuss why that is, if needed.

We'd love any support and help you can provide -- if you're not sure what you'd be up for, check out our Google Interest Form to see what things you may be able to help with.

A few new things this year. If you looked at our board last night (BIG thanks to Elise Peterson for working her magic!), you may have noticed, we have a GroupMe. We decided on that since West Point Jr also has it and wanted to have one less app for you to download. Please come and join in. We have a Google Calendar that anyone can subscribe to and it adds it to your calendar for your phone, or wherever you have your digital calendar. We opted out of a physical calendar and take home folders this year, so hopefully it helps. We also have revived the PTA Instagram account, so be sure to follow us there and invite others you know to come and follow along. We’re getting everything ready for our Spring Fling on Monday evening! A personalized paw print costs $50 and is a great way to leave your family’s mark on the school for what we hope is years to come! Come paint one with us this Monday April 20th from 5:00-7:30pm. 😁
