Coding in Action at West Plains Elementary 🚀

Students in Mr. Ty Davis’s computer class are learning about robotics and coding thanks to a WWest Plains Education Foundationgrant. The grant provided Cutebot Pro Robots, giving students hands-on experience in programming and problem-solving. 🖥️🔧

This is just one of the many ways the Education Foundation supports innovation in our classrooms. 💡

West Plains Education Foundation Classroom Innovation Grants at Work 🚀 🔬

Thanks to a West Plains Education Foundation Classroom Innovation Grant, South Fork Elementary Preschool students are learning all about science with a microscope and prepared slides. The little scientists can explore insects, plants, vegetables, and even different types of animal hair in their science center every day.

📚 Since its start, the West Plains Education Foundation has awarded over $150,000 in mini-grants to teachers, with $15,000+ given just last year to support hands-on learning like this. To donate, email [email protected] or call 417-256-6150.

Mrs. Cook’s West Plains Middle School class is mastering life skills with a stove funded by a West Plains Education Foundation Classroom Innovation Grant.
