Tengoku-Ryu Bujutsu Shakai The Tengoku-Ryu Bujutsu Shakai is a Christian based martial arts school and ministry teaching Tengoku-Ryu Neoclassical Karate and Kobudo.

The Tengoku-Ryu Bujutsu Shakai is a Christian, faith based, neo-classical karate and kobudo martial arts brotherhood. Our focus is to promote Christian discipleship and character education through the medium of learning and practicing martial arts. The Tengoku-Ryu martial arts technical training content embraces a wide array of technical methodologies through the lens of a neo-classical karate and

kobudo mindset. Our ultimate goal is not to conform senselessly to a prescribed set of practices for the sake of tradition. Instead, our goal is to approach martial arts from the perspective of self-defense and self-preservation seeking to elevate martial arts practice to a form of higher learning; embracing both the physical merits and the intellectual and philosophical merits as well. At the core of all that we do within the Tengoku-Ryu Bujutsu Kai and the Tengoku-Ryu school of thought is the person and teachings of Jesus Christ; so much as we can, to live peaceably among all men and to treat others with the love and honor of Jesus Christ always conveying His Gospel to the world.
