Being aligned with purpose hits different when everything you’re building connects in a powerful way. Upgraded MindsetZ has always been about transformation, empowerment, and being part of these two organizations is further alignment and I love that for me.🫶🏾

My role as President of NAMI Tri-County Illinois has been deeply personal. Mental health advocacy isn’t just something I talk about…it’s something I live, and something our communities desperately need.

And becoming President Elect ’27 for Central Illinois NAWBO is another full-circle moment. Supporting women in business, uplifting their voices, and helping them build something powerful, that’s exactly what Upgraded MindsetZ stands for.

These roles don’t just align with my business…they align with my heart.🤎

They remind me that purpose has layers, and sometimes life gives you the perfect combination at the perfect time.

I’m grateful. I’m grounded. The journey continues...🫶🏾👑

Yesterday kicked off the new 26–27 Chapter year at the Central Illinois NAWBO Monthly meeting, and my first one as '27-28 President‑Elect.

It reminded me exactly why I love this community. Networking is great, but intentional networking is different.

It’s the conversations that continue after the meetup, the supportive spaces where women in business can show up fully, and the access to a much bigger resource, the entire NAWBO community nationwide.

As a Woman in Business and Leadership 👑, I’m all about building, connection, and support, and NAWBO aligns perfectly with those values in my own business.
