Dear Business Owner,
As we prepare to finalize the inaugural October/November issue of Greater Lake Worth Living, I'd like to share a simple tip that can help you get better results from your placement.
One of the biggest mistakes businesses make is trying to say everything in one ad.
Instead, think about what you want people to do next.
October/November
Focus on:
~ Halloween promotions
~ Fall specials
~ Thanksgiving offers
~ Holiday shopping
~ Seasonal menus
~ Upcoming events
~ Gift ideas
~ Year-end services
Your message should have one clear purpose. A focused message is much easier to remember than one filled with too much information.
Think One Issue Ahead
Our magazine has a 60-day shelf life, so planning ahead gives you the opportunity to build momentum throughout the year.
October/November → Halloween • Thanksgiving
December/January → Christmas • New Year's • Holiday Gift Giving
February/March → Valentine's Day • Fresh Starts • Health & Wellness
April/May → Home • Garden • Outdoor Living
June/July → Summer Activities • Family Fun
August/September → Back to School • New Season, New Rhythm
Over six issues, your business tells an ongoing story instead of repeating the same message.
Think of each issue as the next chapter in your marketing.
We're here to help you choose the right message, select the best images, and create a placement that attracts attention and encourages people to visit your business.
The deadline for the October/November issue is approaching quickly, and we're now finalizing placements.
If you'd like help planning your seasonal message, simply reply to this email or contact us. We'd be happy to work with you.
We look forward to helping your business increase visibility, build recognition, and stay top of mind throughout the year.

I had the pleasure of being interviewed on The Brooklyn Cafe Show at their Boca Raton studio, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to share my vision for the future of the Greater Lake Worth community.
During the interview, we discussed the evolving world of marketing and advertising, as well as my growing ecosystem of Greater Lake Worth Living Magazine and the Greater Lake Worth Community & Business Society. It was exciting to talk about my mission to bring greater visibility, stronger community connections, and new opportunities to an area that has long been underserved by local media.
I'm especially grateful to Dawn and Freddie S. for creating such a welcoming and engaging platform where entrepreneurs, community leaders, and local changemakers can share their stories and inspire others. Their passion for supporting local businesses, nonprofits, and community initiatives is evident in everything they do.
A special thank you also goes to their incredible staff and intern students who are learning the art of media production, radio, television, and broadcasting. Providing hands-on opportunities for the next generation of media professionals is another amazing endeavor that sets The Brooklyn Cafe Show apart. It's inspiring to see young talent gaining real-world experience while contributing to such a positive and professional production.
Thank you all for giving me a platform to share a vision that I hope will help strengthen the Greater Lake Worth area by connecting businesses, residents, and community leaders. I look forward to returning as the vision continues to grow. Wishing your entire team continued success as you make a meaningful impact both on the air and throughout our local communities.
