SEDULOUS
“An adjective meaning dedication, careful attention, and persistent effort. Describing someone or something that is thorough, diligent, and untiring.”
The last 6 months have been exactly that.
A complete facility move was not on our 2026 bingo card.
This wasn’t planned.
This wasn’t expected.
A landlord change and a massive rent hike forced our hand.
We were given a choice:
Accept it and settle.
Close our home.
Or bet on ourselves.
We chose to double down.
And we’ll keep choosing that…
Every. Single. Time.
Months later, we’re still building.
One wall.
One workout.
One athlete.
One day at a time.
We’re proud of what’s been built.
Not because it’s finished.
Because every inch of it has a story.
Because when we were forced to choose, we chose to stand the f**k up.
Again.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us, believed in us, and trusted us through this transition.
New chapter.
Same mission.
Raise the Standard.

I’m gonna save the emotional post for a when he leaves for in just a couple short months…
For now, just drink in this insane transformation.
Let us just not forget it wasn’t always PR’s, slamming bars, and National Qualifications for .tuma
Took more effort, on both of our parts, than most coaches ever grasp or athletes “built” for the sport ever even consider.
The ultimate story of development.
Just happy to be a part of it.
Every Day.. We Improve.
I never had a doubt my guy. Never a doubt in my mind.
Proud of you Jack.
One of my favorite drills.
Looks simple. It’s not.
React.
Move.
Catch.
Absorb.
Hold.
Miss one piece and the whole thing falls apart.
It’s not just about catching the ball, but maintaining your posture throughout.
Reaction time.
Hand speed.
Bracing.
Force absorption.
A whole lot of athleticism packed into one drop of a med ball.
The reps in this video were quality.
The bloopers we unfortunately didn’t video were better😅
We Got Better Today. 👊
They listen.
They work.
They compete
Now for my annual unpopular opinion…
This summer, your athlete probably doesn’t need another 3-day showcase, combine, exposure camp, premier camp, super-duper-mega-elite camp, mini invite only travel season, or John Smith’s 1st Annual District VI Group D 11u World Championship tournament 😅
Not because these are bad things.
But because too many of today’s youth athletes are pushed to spend 8, 9, sometimes 10 months a year specializing in a single sport.
That’s a LOT of time on skill work.
What they’re often missing… Development.
Strength.
Power.
Balance.
Coordination.
Body control.
Resilience.
Confidence.
Toughness.
Learning how to produce force.
Learning how to absorb force.
Learning how to move with intent.
The funny thing?
Building those said qualities, enable an athlete to express the sport skills they practice at an even higher level.
With some other pretty cool side effects too…
Learning how to work.
Learning how to be coached.
Learning how to compete.
Learning how to be part of a team.
Learning how to do hard things when nobody is forcing you to.
Those lessons don’t just transfer to football.
They transfer to everything.
Commit a summer to the gym, and odds are you will be a better athlete.
Stick around a few years…
And you’ll become a different person.
Simple work.
Real work.
Really effective.
