📢 Important Meal Program Update for the 2026–2027 School Year

Due to a decrease in the District’s direct certification rate and changes in the number of schools served, certain schools will no longer operate under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) and will transition to the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) next year.

Everglades Elementary is one of those schools.

Meal eligibility will be determined through the standard Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application process. Students who are not directly certified may complete an application to apply for free or reduced-price meal benefits.

The online application system will open after July 27, 2026. Families may apply through the School District of Palm Beach County Food Service website at palmbeachschools.org or directly via the link MySchoolApps.com

Students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals will receive meals based on their approved eligibility status. Students who do not qualify will be required to pay for meals.

🍎 Meal Prices:
• Breakfast: $2.50
• Elementary Lunch: $3.50
• Reduced-Price Breakfast: $0.30
• Reduced-Price Lunch: $0.40
