Berean Christian School (BCS) was founded by Berean Baptist Church in 1964. Located at that time on Australian Avenue, the school was named Lakeview Christian School. Beginning as a preschool, grades were added each year, and the first high school class graduated in 1976. In 1986, the church and school were relocated to a new and larger campus at 8350 Okeechobee Boulevard. Now Berean Christian School has over 600 students and 80 faculty and staff members. BCS has a long-standing reputation for academic excellence in our community.

They weren't there. But we will teach them to remember.

Twenty-five years ago, September 11, 2001 became a day our nation would never forget. Today's Berean students weren't alive to witness it, but the stories of courage, sacrifice, service, and unity are theirs to learn and carry forward.

Today, we remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who served, and pray for the families forever impacted by that day.

May we continue raising a generation that understands our history, values sacrificial service, and looks to God in every season.

We remember. 🇺🇸

What a night for Berean! Both of our girls’ volleyball teams—JV and Varsity—came away with wins! 🔥🏐 We’re so proud of our Bulldogs and all their hard work!

Our girls are back in action Thursday and Friday, so come out, bring the energy, and support our Bulldogs! 💙🧡

As we prepare for a new school year, we know the most important work begins in prayer.

Yesterday, our Berean Christian School faculty and staff gathered alongside our Grace Fellowship staff to worship and pray over every student, every family, every staff member, and the year ahead.

We are grateful for a team that loves Jesus, serves with excellence, and is committed to pointing the next generation to Him each day. We can’t wait to see all that God has in store this school year.

To God be the glory! We are excited to share that our gymnasium renovation is complete and ready for the upcoming school year.

We are grateful for the Lord’s faithfulness and provision as we continue to invest in the future of Berean. This renovated space will be a place where students grow, compete, build friendships, and create lasting memories, all while being encouraged in their walk with Christ.

This is just one of many projects happening across campus as we continue to maximize every opportunity to serve our students and families with excellence. We are excited for all that God has in store and look forward to providing the very best experience for our Berean families for generations to come.

Last night, our Valedictorian, Dustin Mills, shared a powerful testimony that moved and inspired everyone in the room. ✨🎓

At Berean Christian School, we are reminded that every student has a story God is writing for His glory. We pray our graduates continue to boldly shine the light of Jesus wherever their future leads.
