Twenty years went by in what feels like the blink of an eye.

Being recognized with the Prime Time Palm Beach County’s Out-of-School Time Legacy Award is deeply humbling, especially because “legacy” feels like a word reserved for the end of a journey, while I still feel like we’re only getting started.

Any impact I’ve had through Green Mouse Academy, hado-usa, and our related ventures has only been possible because of the incredible people and organizations who believed in our vision from the very beginning.

Special thanks to Kathy Bolander, who first opened the door to Palm Beach County, and Olivia Rogers, whose early support helped us take our first steps.

To Judy Nee, whose encouragement and partnership over the years, from Prime Time to AlphaBEST Education and now AB Studios, have played a primary role in helping us grow and scale our ideas.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Augmented Reality Sports Coach, you’ll be the face of HADO Academy, leading interactive and competitive sessions for students at schools, clubs, and community centers. Your role includes:
Coaching students on teamwork, strategy, and gameplay.
Facilitating high-energy sessions in a fun and engaging environment.
Setting up & managing AR equipment (we provide all materials & guides!).
Encouraging innovation & sportsmanship while ensuring player safety.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced in coaching, mentoring, or teaching – team sports, rec programs, or youth activities.
Energetic & reliable – You love working with kids and creating memorable experiences!
Tech-friendly & adaptable – No prior AR experience needed; we’ll train you!
Must have reliable transportation – Travel required between sites (Boca Raton to Jupiter & Belle Glade).
Can lift & transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Start IMMEDIATELY!
Flexible afterschool hours (2-6 PM) & some weekends.
3-5 days per week (6-10 hours per week).
We follow the Palm Beach County School District calendar.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Up to $60 per session (1-2 sessions per afternoon).
Mileage reimbursement.
Bonus plans & travel opportunities (national & international).
Independent contractor position with room for growth.
