Every coach says you have to stride but Aaron Judge just proved that you don't have to stride. Just lift your front heel up and trigger back, turn your back foot and swing through the ball and it goes over center field fence. Striding doesn't give you power doing the fundamentals correctly gives you power. Especially turning your hips, weight shift,hitting against stiff front leg and finishing swing.
