Like in-person lessons, every student’s curriculum is unique and tailored to their distinct needs with regards to ability, learning style, degree of skill, goals, and personal musical tastes.
If your guitar is gathering dust and you’ve been meaning to pick it up and reconnect with it, now is the time! And if you’d like to continue your lessons in person after the lockdown is lifted (and it is safe for us to do so), I would love to have you in the studio (or back in the studio)!
I am currently offering online lessons live via Facetime or Skype, you can take them on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone from anywhere with a solid internet connection*.
Every lesson comes with custom notated PDFs and custom created .mp3 files of the piece(s) we are working on, along with the ability to record any part of the lesson for practicing or later review.
*for the best experience, I recommend using hardwired ethernet where possible, otherwise 5Ghz/2.4Ghz Wi-Fi is the second best bet, and cellular data can be used as well (but the speed and quality may not be as high).

Intermediate level guitarists: looking to up your guitar solo game? I’ve got over 2 dozen guitar solos written in tablature and standard notation, with slowed-down loops to help you nail the hard parts. They’re also gradually increasing in difficulty so you can start with things manageable for you skill level. This Hendrix solo is a great one for students who’ve never learned a solo note-for-note before, and I've got more Hendrix and classics from other great players like SRV, Gilmour, Clapton, etc
Social distancing is a great opportunity to sign up for online guitar lessons. This is a beginner level Pink Floyd that's also ideal for intermediate players who haven't picked up their guitar in a while. You'll be emailed PDFs with standard notation, tablature, and chord diagrams; as well as mp3s looping the parts that you can practice to.
