TGIF!!!! Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." - Jim Rohn
Not all Nurses get to take the weekend "break". God bless you!
With the weather predicated as mostly cloudy at WPB, we hope to continue maintaining a healthy work-life balance by recognizing the importance of self-care. Taking care of our spiritual, physical and mental health is the foundation for a balanced life. Whether it's through meditation, regular exercise, mindfulness practices, or simply making time for activities that bring us joy, prioritizing self-care is essential. Herbal Tea?? ..... Enjoy.
