Excited to empower Benedict College students with financial wisdom!

Grateful to the Benedict staff for choosing me to lead the financial goal-setting workshop.

Happy FinLit Friday!!

“You do not have to be perfect to motivate someone else. You don’t need to have 10,000 followers to make an impact on someone’s life.

Be you and understand that is enough!"

“Billionaire Billy is an options trader, who believes serenity and peace are huge for your mental health.

Two conversations that are typically frowned upon in minority households: mental health and money.

You know why? Because people fear what they don’t understand, and those were two topics that we did not understand due to a lack of information and resources.”

said, “You can’t change the past, nor can you control the future.”

This automatically made me think about what we can do now to give ourselves a higher probability of winning in the future.

As CP said, we can’t control the future, but we can put in the work now.

We can educate ourselves and then take action, so when our big moment or opportunity is among us, we can make a play and execute!"

Enjoy your weekend and be sure to take care of your mental and physical health!

“ greatest lesson during COVID was to make time for personal and mental health. Too often, we get caught up in this incredibly fast-paced world we live in and don’t take time to debrief and decompress.

Tavonia’s recognition of this previous issue she faced is huge because we cannot solve a problem if we don’t know it exists!

Tavonia’s cryptocurrency, is a game-changer! Its main goal is to empower, educate, and provide an economic base for underserved and financially uneducated communities.”

“Are you living in reality when it comes to your goals and dreams?

Whether it be a false sense of reality about an addiction, weight loss/gain, appearance, a significant other, or even business — we must do one of the hardest things; to be honest with ourselves.

It is incredibly hard, and it's something you have to force yourself to do because of the results and the progression that will come from this self-honesty and awareness.”

“A lot of people let the fear of failure stop them from pursuing their dreams and goals.

says, “to fail forward” means it's okay to mess up! We don’t have to be so hard on ourselves. When you fail forward, you are farther than you were before you started!”

"When asked about the most important lesson learned during COVID, told me it was to take what is thrown at you and make the best of it.

This really makes a lot of sense. Almost overnight, we were handed a pandemic-filled world that felt like it was at a standstill.

Some people got sick, some worried themselves sick, and some people grinded themselves rich!"
