Before joining, Michael worked in the scrap metal industry while trying to start his own handyman business.

He chose the apprenticeship program as a way to build a stable career with strong earning potential and long-term security. He enjoys learning the details of new equipment and growing his skills in the field.

👋Meet Joshua – HVAC Apprentice

Before joining, Joshua was working in the evolving field of substance abuse and mental health treatment. While coaching at a CrossFit gym and competing/training towards NPC bodybuilding.

Looking for a new challenge, he chose the apprenticeship program to push himself—mentally and physically—and prove it’s never too late to start a new path.

Before joining, Jose was working in customer service for a health supplement company.

He chose the apprenticeship program because he wanted to build a new career for himself. His favorite part is the time spent in the shop—learning the ins and outs of the trade through hands-on experience with instructors.
