My name is Nikki Sagermann and I dedicate my work to bettering the game of softball through developing athletes ages 8-21. A little about me: I am from a town north east of Atlanta, Georgia called Buford. I attended Mill Creek High School and had a very successful career there. My senior year I was named State Player of the Year. I went to the University of Kentucky where I was a 4 year starting third baseman, Women's College World Series participant, and All- Conference performer. I was then picked up by the USSSA Pride and when my playing career ended I began my coaching career. I started off as a Volunteer Assistant at the University of Kentucky, went on to becoming an assistant coach at the University of West Georgia for two years, and now I have been training athletes individually for 4 years now.

So incredibly proud of Kiah Haston on her commitment to continue her softball career at the Division I level at Grambling State University!

Watching Kiah put in the work, battle through the hard days, grow in confidence, and continue to believe in herself has been so special. She has earned this moment, and I couldn’t be more proud of her!

Ava Tucker- 2029

Ava was smashing the ball the other day in our training. So proud of the growth she has had from day 1!

Day 1 Ava in 2024 hated change and anything that felt different, 2026 Ava is so eager to learn and get better. That change in mentality is where her growth began. Proud of the player and person she’s developed into!

3 years. Countless swings. Long nights, tough adjustments, working through emotions, and training even when she didn’t feel like it.

Watching Fatima Masri commit to FAU is such a full-circle moment. For the past 3 years, I’ve had the honor of earning her trust and developing her as a hitter, while having the privilege of watching her grow not only as a player, but as a person.

We’ve been through the hard times, celebrated the great ones, and she kept showing up when things weren’t easy. That consistency, work ethic, and belief in herself have paid off.

So proud of you, Fatima. You earned this!!! ❤️

FAU, you’re getting a special one. GO OWLS! 🦉❤️💙

Some crazy person (me) made her flip sides of the plate to see how it would go. And apparently “It’s been great 👍 😃 “ 💪🏼

It’s been so much fun to build Gracin’s swing from scratch on the left side with no prior tendencies/bad habits to break. She took on the challenge and I still can’t believe how quickly she applied all the coaching I threw at her between the swing and slap form. Can’t wait to see what 3 more years of physical and mental growth will do for her!!

As the new school year begins, I have a few spots available for new athletes!

If you're looking for a coach who will help your athlete build confidence, develop their skills and become a more complete player, I'd love to work with them!

I work with athletes ages 10+ and at all skill levels, focusing on hitting, throwing, glove work, mechanics, power, confidence, and developing the mindset it takes to compete.

I’ve been called a “tough” coach more times than I can count… but I’d rather be remembered for helping athletes reach their potential than for making every practice/training session comfortable. (Now there are boundaries on being “tough” && I do my best being self aware of them…. But that’s for another video lol )
