Team-building, problem solving, and leadership development were on full display over the weekend, as seniors participated in our annual Peer Leadership Retreat in Kearny.
32 members of the Class of 2027 were chosen for their commitment to leading and serving The Prep community. Among the most involved members of the senior class, their prime objective is to shepherd the newest class of freshman through their first year at the school.

Rising senior and SHP golfer Scotch McNelly '27 was recognized for his time volunteering at a senior living community this summer, where he calls bingo, hands out prizes, and visits with residents multiple times a week.
Scotch’s commitment is a powerful example of what it means to lead with compassion, serve with purpose and make a difference simply by showing up.
