Week 1 of Arts Camp @ RoCA is complete, and what a week it was! From stop motion filmmaking to art and nature, we had an amazing start to the summer. Even through the extreme heat during the week, campers swam each day- taking some time to cool off!

Campers spent Monday and Friday prepping for the camp show this session, "Back to the Future," and spent the rest of the week exploring each medium Arts Camp @ RoCA has to offer! Dance, Music, Cartooning, Ceramics, Painting & Drawing, STEAM, and more!

Stay tuned for photos from Week 2!

Here at RoCA we are dedicated to making the arts accessible to all who want to participate. Whether it's our distinct gallery spaces, our professional studios, or our five acre sculpture park, Rockland Center for the Arts is proud to be part of the community.

Thank you again to HV Mag, as well as all of our supporters and artists!

In The Christophers, at Rivertown Film on June 10, 8pm at the Nyack Center, the children of a once famous artist hire a forger to complete some unfinished, long ago abandoned canvases so they'll have an inheritance when he dies. Reminder! Tomorrow, Tuesday June 2 is Registration Day! Because of our Arts Camp @ RoCA, the Summer Art Class catalog is a bit smaller than previous semesters. Not to worry- we still are delivering high quality classes for all ages and levels, taught by the same professional artists! To view the full catalog, head to our website.

**Please note that registration for all adult ceramic classes will be in person or by phone ONLY. Priority will be given to in-person registrations!**

On Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, Emotions Physical Theatre and RoCA will host a powerful dance experience. Rooted in the psychology of double consciousness and Afro-surrealism, this show is raw, intimate, and urgent. It's not just a performance—it's a reckoning.

Shawn Rawls with Emotions Physical Theatre creates a dynamic performance that traces these parts that reside in ourselves. Emotions Physical Theatre presents a multifaceted approach to live performances, integrating diverse artistic disciplines such as music, visual arts, dance, and theater to construct a unified narrative-driven milieu.

This event is in partnership with The Gordon Center for Black Culture and Arts. Don't miss your chance to experience this incredible performance!
