Glad to be working with DCHS through the work based learning (WBL) program — met with school representatives & the student that will give us a hand with some of the building projects we are currently working on — looking forward to getting started & see how we continue our focus on Doing The Right Thing For The Right Reason !!!

… things progressing on this project — everything starts to take shape as exterior walls get added — layout & personal touches to this one should make it something you will want to see — updates to follow

… started new project that is going to be impressive when complete — site prep, footers, under slab rough in plumbing, & basement walls are nearing completion — basement slab & framing are the next things in line — check back for more updates, don’t think you will be disapointed

… sauna project nearly complete — final steps include adding seating, protective clear coat on interior, stove/chimney pipe for stove, & installing storage area doors — property owner also has plans to add masonry to the exterior tying everything together

… removed existing “walls” & wood siding — installed new knee walls, drywall, & wood cap — out of state family scheduled to arrive before end of the month & plans to handle majority of upgrades

… the boys are ready for site work to start on this new project — updates to follow shortly

… sauna building project coming together — waiting for doors, windows, masonry work, & stove to keep things moving

… framing nearly complete on this project — plan to start adding windows, doors, & exterior siding while material for the interior finish out are in transit — solid bldg with the “look & feel” property owner wanted to see

… the two youngest were on site today — these are the best of times & can’t wait until I have all four on the same site giving the boys a little help !!!
