We had the great honor or having Dr Cain Budds from the Louisiana Tech school of Music right in our classroom yesterday.

Attention: Claiborne Christian School Parents of 4th through 12th grade.

1. I have this year's ACDA all state choir material in hand

2. Your student does not have to be enrolled in a music class to participate in all state choir.

3. The conference dates this year are *during our fall break* (October 16-18). Some people already feel like this is great news and some hate it. In the grand scheme of things, I think it's good that participants will not miss any class. I do hope that there are minimal conflicts with family travel plans because this will be a great way to spend fall break (instead of staring at a video game for 8 hours a day).
