After years in prehospital emergency services, we know how important time is in cardiac arrests as well as traumatic injuries. Meet your Instructors! Justin Nowlin is an instructor/co-owner! Justin has been in EMS for the last 25 years, of that, he has been a paramedic for 21 years. Justin worked as a front line medic for 10 years, and the last 15 years has been in administration. Justin has been an BLS Instructor with the American Heart Association for over four years and enjoys teaching these skills to healthcare partners and to the community. Justin is also a certified Stop the Bleed Instructor. He serves as the lead pastor at Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church in West Monroe. Justin lives in Monroe with his wife Kiesha, and 3 awesome sons Kade, Kannon, and Kyler.

Meet your Instructors! Our first Instructor/Co-owner, is Clay Smith! Clay is a paramedic and has been serving Ouachita parish for 8 years. Clay has been an BLS Instructor with the American Heart Association for over two years and enjoys teaching Basic Life Support Skills. Clay is also a certified Stop the Bleed Instructor. Clay currently lives in Monroe and is engaged to his fiancé, Lindsay.
