Our Story: Empowering Our Community

The journey into martial arts began when Clay Senior wanted his son to wrestle, but the only gym nearby offered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Soon, the whole family started training, and it became a vital part of their lives. Jiu Jitsu provided a sense of calm and togetherness, no matter what life stage they were in. Flash forward almost two decades. In November 2023, Dominique used her training to neutralize a violent situation and came out victorious. Which resulted in founding SHESAFE Training in the beginning of 2024. We have become incredibly passionate of self-defense and empowering our community more so than ever. At White Label, we understand the importance of feeling safe and confident in the face of potential danger. Our business was inspired by a personal experience involving a violent incident, which led to the creation of SHESAFE Training, a women's only program offered four days a week. We specialize in self-defense training, martial arts, personal training, nutrition coaching, and health and wellness promotion services, with a focus on supporting women. Our experienced trainers are passionate about helping our clients develop the proper techniques to exceed their potential, both physically and mentally. Our Mission:
