What a beautiful way to honor the horse!

Thanks to Caroline Kunz for letting us know that this is a photo taken at the Montreal Botanical Garden during the Mosaïcultures Internationales de Montréal event in 2013. This is an event that occurs every three years in different cities around the world in which people from various countries build these sculptures (I know there's a proper term for plant sculptures I just don't know it, sorry!)... We received an inquiry about equine lymphedema also known as CPL(Chronic Progressive Lymphedema) from the country of Turkey! So far we have received inquiries from Russia, Great Britain, Wales, Iceland Greece, Canada and Puerto Rico. It just goes to show this condition is global!

Although the inn is full here, our West Milford Animal Shelter founds homes for 9 kitties, 3 cats and 1 dog this holiday season! I hope your local animal shelter had good luck too!

Fraud Alert,

Yesterday my husband received a package from Vonage, an internet phone, which we didn't order! He called the number on the packaging slip and reported it as fraud. They asked him his credit card number and he refused to provide it to them. They said they would credit his account but when asked the security questions they didn't match. Please just be aware.

It's been icy up here in northern NJ. Horses had enough sense to stay off the ice and remain in the stalls. My horses are free to come and go as they please and they used common sense! I, on the other hand,had business appointments and had to venture out into that mess!. Hope everyone got to where they were going safely! I did! Thank Go
