Davine Creations Local artist teaches students of all skill levels to create canvas masterpieces with provided acrylic paint & supplies. Desserts upon request.

If you ever have gone to a bar/restaurant to paint with various companies around Pittsburgh, and you enjoyed it, you can now have these parties in the comfort of your home. Invite your friends and relatives for the enjoyment of creating a wonderful acrylic painting that you can hang. Its fun, its convenient and its in your favorite place to be--your home. Here is how it works:

Everyone paints the

same painting. The artist guides you through the painting, step by step in a 2 or 3 hour session. You go home with your own masterpiece! The canvas, brushes, paint, and lots of encouragement are provided. You invite some friends, provide food and drinks and be ready for a really fun experience. For an extra charges, pastries can be provided. Classes daytime, evenings and weekends whatever is most convenient for the host. Reservations are required. Call for information about private parties. Cost per person: 2 to 3 hr. session - $20 to $35 depending on number of guests and if a dessert is required.

Mary will give step by step instructions to guide you through painting your own masterpiece! Sign-up is open until next Wednesday, July 7th and there are still a few spots left.

Join the library in the parking lot as local artist, Mary Dunn, gives step-by-step direction on how to create a milk can bouquet painting.

BYOB EVENT: Bring your own wine or drink to sip and light refreshment to nibble

The cost for this event is $35 per person and includes all the supplies (canvas, brushes, paint) to paint your masterpiece. (Plus a free wine glass for sipping or brush soaking!)

Preregistration and payment is required by Wednesday, July 7. All payments are made in person at the front desk of the library, cash or check (made payable to Pleasant Hills Library). Sorry no refunds. Rain dates will be offered Sun. July 11th or Mon. July 12th depending on the weather.
