📚✨ UFLI in Action! ✨📚

Ms. Coleman’s students at VPA were hard at work during UFLI! Using letter tiles, students practiced building and changing words while strengthening the connection between sounds and letters. Ms. Coleman modeled the routine, provided explicit prompts, and gave students hands-on opportunities to practice both encoding (spelling) and decoding (reading).

We love seeing students actively manipulating letters, thinking about sounds, and building strong foundational reading skills one word at a time! ❤️🔤👏

Monday is the LAST DAY to purchase your canvas so your student can be featured on our hallway gallery walls! Casual, candid photos will be taken on Wednesday, August 19th, professionally printed on canvas, and sent home with you in June.
All proceeds support our school musical, "Matilda Jr." 🎭✨
🗓️ Deadline: Monday, August 17th
💵 Payment: Cash only (one order per form)
Send your completed form and cash payment to your child’s homeroom teacher. Thank you for supporting the arts at VPA!
