🌏 Earth Day is every day, especially when your school has a Garden Program! 💚 Our Children's House classrooms for 3-6 years olds send small groups out to the garden to plant seeds, learn about the butterfly life cycle and dig in the dirt. Our Toddler program for 15 months-3 years old is developing their own garden full of herbs and delights. 🌱

Thank you to all the people who came out for the SunGarden auction! We are grateful for all of the contributions of auctionable items, including the projects made by each class, including the After Care children. 🪴 As they say, "It takes a village to raise a child." Events like the fundraiser give our village a chance to come together and celebrate the joys of raising our school family.

A huge thank you to the SunGarden community members who helped paint the fence and spruce up our outdoor spaces last weekend at our work party! 💚 The next opportunity to support our school is our AUCTION on April 18th. It's at 5:30 PM at West Linn's Ale and Cider House! (Link for tickets in the bio.)

Some of the most iconic Montessori materials: The Pink Tower and The Brown Stair. Dr. Montessori designed these wooden faves to enable children to recreate patterns and reinforce their understanding of shapes, sizes, and relationships. When explored together, children not only find relationships between the two sets of materials, but also strengthen their classroom bonds.
