I can't stop thinking about this story. At Village Free School in Portland, a 13-year-old named Steven runs the wrestling room. When things get too rough, the kids work it out themselves — checking in, negotiating boundaries, and getting back to play.

I turned it into a song for this week's Tuesday Tribute. It's one of those stories that makes you rethink what kids are actually capable of when we step back and let them lead.
