MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES ARE ON TODAY AND THURSDAY, AUGUST 26 AND 27. PLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP YOUR STUDENT AT THE STUDIO 6 ENTRANCE.

Important Building Closure Notice

Yocum Institute for Arts Education will be closed to the public beginning Wednesday, August 26 at 1:00 PM through Thursday, August 27.

During this time, our cleaning team will be stripping and waxing the vinyl flooring throughout our public areas, classrooms, and many offices. The building will not be accessible during this process, as walking on the newly finished floors could damage them.

Staff will work from home Wednesday afternoon and Thursday, should you need to reach anyone.

PLEASE NOTE: Karate classes may continue as scheduled, as the martial arts program has a separate entrance and restroom.

We appreciate your understanding while we give our floors a little TLC!

Whether you're looking to build confidence, learn self-defense, improve focus, or simply try something new, our East Coast Karate program welcomes students ages 6 through adult...it's never too late to start.

✔️ No experience necessary
✔️ No uniform required for the intro class
✔️ Just wear comfortable exercise clothes and come ready to learn!

The introductory class is required for all new students and gives you the opportunity to experience our traditional martial arts program before enrolling.
