BREAKING NEWS: Protein isn't just for gym bros! You may think that protein is just for bulking up and building muscle, but that's a myth - protein is an essential component of a balanced diet and has tons of amazing benefits. It's also what transports nutrients throughout the body. You can find protein in food sources like eggs, chicken breast, greek yogurt, and smaller amounts in sources like nuts and chickpeas!
