So grateful to have Tim Heiller join us once again for our grand finale! He demonstrated the mindset we should have as a generous Christian. We often think about people as being a saver or spender but we should strive to be stewards of our money. God made everything. Therefore, everything you have is a gift from God. We should manage our finances efficiently to use our time and money to glorify His kingdom. It’s not a question of how much you should give, but a question of how much should you keep?

Tim Heiller will be speaking at our last Unhurried event on April 6. He works as an HR for Pig Improvement Company and wants to share a message on the strategies and mindsets of the generous Christian. Pizza for dinner will be provided! Hope you can join us for this time of food, fellowship, and faith!

Thank you Bliss Steele and Cade Coffee for coming out yesterday! What a powerful testimony and reminder of where our worth is found. Our value is not dependent on our ability to earn the fickle acceptance of people, but rather, its true source is the love and acceptance of our creator, God. Friends, you are exactly who God created you to be. Don’t buy into the lie of your value being found in your performance or in other people’s opinions.

Another special thanks to Barry Delks for passing out his devotional, God at Work, to all the attendees. So grateful to have an opportunity to learn from the wisdom of so many people.

We are excited to announce our next meeting! Bliss Steele and Cade Coffee work with Nutramax and are passionate Christians who strive to live out their faith both personally and professionally. They seek to integrate Christian values such as integrity, service, and stewardship into their work while encouraging others to follow Christ in every area of life. This will be a great opportunity to hear about their experiences, learn how they pursue faith in the professional world, and engage in meaningful conversation together.

Meet Amy Jo Jones. She is a dairy farmer’s daughter turned encourager, known for bringing honesty, humor, and heart to everything she does. A proud double Purdue Boilermaker with deep roots in the Midwest, she’s spent her career helping people and organizations grow—from a county 4-H program and Purdue’s College of Agriculture to an ag tech startup she helped scale 3x over. Now through her business, The Growth Movement, she empowers others to explore new paths, build meaningful connections, and grow with intention— believing growth is personal, and the journey is shared. For the past 10 years, she’s lived by her personal mantra: Camp Try New Things—a bold, curious way of moving through the world, and encourages others to do the same.

Come hear her speak in CRTN 1042 on Monday, February 16th at 6:30 pm. She will be presenting on the topic Daring to be Different: The Adventure of Life. Olive Garden for dinner will be provided!
