Hard to believe it folks but, here we are! School has already begun for some districts in Indiana and TSC, LSC, and WLSC all return to school this Thursday, August 6. Buses will be out picking up their precious cargo early Thursday morning for the first day of school. Our children are our future and they are irreplaceable. Please be patient with the drivers and adjust your morning routine if you don't want to get stuck behind a bus. Below is a reminder of the Indiana laws and penalties regarding stop arms. Don't forget, if the median is paved and drivable, you MUST stop! Wishing all of our students and teachers a safe and happy school year!

Only two days to go! Klondike Intermediate School cafeteria team member Megan Mitchell has two tips for students as they start the new year:

๐Ÿฅ• Choose at least one fruit or vegetable to make your meal a complete Power Meal.

๐Ÿ’™ Don't worry if you forget your lunch PIN or aren't sure what to do. We're here to help! If you know your PIN or have your lunch card ready, it helps the lunch line move a little faster.

We'll be ready with smiles and delicious meals. See you soon! Pursuing excellence starts here.

Parent Pickup/Dropoff

As a reminder, we kindly ask all parents to follow the zipper system when using the car rider line during drop-off and pick-up. This system helps keep traffic flowing smoothly and ensures a safe and efficient process for all students.

To follow the zipper system:

โœ… Alternate mergingโ€”one car from each lane at a time.
โœ… Pull all the way forward to keep the line moving.
โœ… Have your student ready to exit/enter quickly.
โœ… Follow staff directions for safety.

Please note that parents should not use the bus lane for drop up or pickup!!!
