Thank you .1_1 for teaching beginner self defense and advanced kihon and kata!!!! Though we come from different styles, there is so much to learn from one another and from karate as a whole. Thank you to all who came out to the seminars and we hope to do it again!!

We are excited to announce a seminar with visiting karateka Samuel Diaz III on December 9, 2023! There will be a beginner session in the morning covering kihon (basics) and their applications and an advanced session in the afternoon covering kihon, kata, and conditioning.
