The Alpha Zeta chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon was founded December 20, 1928. That makes us the longest running TKE chapter in history. Pierce and Ms.

With 291 active chapters, TKE is also the world's largest social fraternity. Our Traditions:

Apollo
The mythological ideal or patron of Tau Kappa Epsilon is Apollo, one of the most important of Olympian divinities. The Grecian god of music and culture, of light and the ideals toward which all Tekes must constantly be striving. Typifying the finest development of manhood, the selection of Apollo

Snow Day!!!! Today Prytanis C.J Daly and Pylortes Dean Russell went sledding down Slayter Hill with dozens of fellow Boilermakers and community members. They only hit a tree once thankfully, and both had an absolute blast getting to spend time with the community safely distanced and masked up. We hope everyone is staying safe and enjoying this winter wonderland ❄ ⛷

Happy Founder's Day! On this day 122 years ago, our incredible brotherhood was born at Illinois Wesleyan. If only our founders could see how much Tau Kappa Epsilon has grown since, and how much good our fraternity has done for the world. We're proud Tekes today and everyday. Let's keep making better men for a better world for the next 122 years and beyond.

On this day 92 years ago, the Alpha-Zeta chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon was born. Happy Alpha-Zeta Founder's Day, everyone! This chapter has seen some incredible history from World War 2 to now a global pandemic. We're happy to say we are still here and still working to create better men for a better world. In fact, next year, we'll officially surpass 1800 documented AZ Tekes on our scroll! There are plenty of exciting things in the works for 2021, so stay tuned!

Today, take some time to reflect upon your time as a Teke or as a friend of the chapter. Remember all the great times you had, and maybe reach out to a brother you havent talked to in awhile. Most importantly stay safe, stay healthy, and spread love, charity, and esteem this holiday season.

We are so ecstatic and proud to officially welcome Dean Russell into the bond of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Dean is an absolutely incredible man who's felt like our brother long before being initiated. We know that he is going to accomplish incredible things for himself, for our chapter, and for the world. Welcome to the bond, Dean!

Boilermaker Football is back!! We are so excited to see Purdue (hopefully) do better than last season.

Quick question: if we had a Zoom Watch-a-long for the October 24th game vs. Iowa, who would join? We'd love to have as many alumni, family, and friends watch the game alongside the active brothers as possible!
