Becoming a stronger reading teacher shouldn’t require thousands of dollars in coursework, conference fees, travel, or fancy programs. Especially when so many of us left our colleges of education without the knowledge we actually needed to teach kids how to read. I’ve been in the teacher social media world for 5 years, and I’ve been given some incredible opportunities because of it.
