Boilermakers have always risen to the occasion, whether flying to the moon or simply rebuilding “one brick higher”, and, we will rise to the occasion yet again! While the current crisis may have canceled this year’s Black Tie Dinner, the Silent Auction will go on and you can still participate and support a cause and industry that needs you more than ever!
Your winning bids will support the HTM Society/Black Tie Dinner, with 50% of the net proceeds donated to the Greater Lafayette area Food Finder’s Backpack Program. This program provides backpacks full of food for hungry children during times of need, which certainly describes the current situation. Furthermore, these packages, so graciously donated by our industry partners, extend well into next year, allowing ample time to take advantage of some wonderful travel and dining opportunities, while also supporting one of the industries hardest hit by this crisis!
The BTD Auction will be open for bidding from 6 AM on Monday, April 6, until 6 PM on
Friday, April 10. Bidding will be handled through OneCause; attached is an instruction sheet for using the OneCause app. Please share this link with your family and friends, and post it on your social media.
