*Member Spotlight* - Austin Taskey

Today we are highlighting one of our wonderful PPA members, Austin Taskey! Austin is a senior in Chemical Engineering graduating at the end of this semester! He has completed five rotations with SABIC and an internship with Williams where he has accepted a full time position!

Outside of PPA Austin is also President of the Purdue EDM Club and Radio DJ for WCCR.

*Exec Spotlight* - Emily Hamman, PPA External Relations Director

Today we are highlighting our External Relations Director, Emily Hamman! Emily is a junior in Biomedical Engineering expecting to graduate in December 2021. She has completed two sessions with Zimmer Biomet and is looking forward to a patent engineering internship with Hanley, Flight & Zimmerman, LLC next summer.

Outside of work and school she enjoys cooking, running, and winding down by reading at the end of each day. In addition to PPA, Emily is also involved in Greek Life and the WIEP WELink Leadership Team.

*Member Spotlight* - Jianhe Tao

Today we are highlighting one of our fantastic PPA members, Jianhe Tao! Jianhe is a senior in Mechanical Engineering expecting to graduate at the end of this academic year in May 2021. He has completed a three session Co-op with Ed Miniat LLC.

Jianhe most enjoyed implementing and initiating process improvement projects as well as a new product commercialization during his Co-op sessions. During his first session he was able to go boating on Lake Michigan with his team (Operational Excellence) and also took a day off with his co-workers to participate in a charity bike ride.

*Exec Spotlight* - Tori Kolar, PPA Member Relations Director

Today we are highlighting our Member Relations Director, Tori Kolar! Tori is a senior in Chemical Engineering expecting to graduate in May 2022. She has completed two out of four sessions with Praxair Surface Technologies.

When asked what advice she would give to a prospective Co-op student Tori said,
“My advice for future students looking at the Co-op program is to get connected earlier and ask questions. They can do this by joining the mentor and mentees program PPA provides, enrolling in ENGR 103, or asking questions to upperclassmen.”

*Exec Spotlight* - Alyssa McNarney, PPA Treasurer

Today we are highlighting our first member spotlight of the semester starting with our PPA Tresaurer! Alyssa McNarney is a junior in Chemical Engineering expecting to graduate in May 2022. She has completed a three term co-op with Sabic. She does research in the MSE and CHE departments and is also involved in AICHE as head of the Industrial Relations Committee and CHE ambassadors.

It's a big week for PPA!
Sunday evening our IM sand volleyball team played their second game. They will play again, for the last time, this coming Sunday at 9:45pm. Feel free to stop by and cheer them on (masked up and socially distant of course )!

Officer spotlight: Our President, Katie Dudek!! In summer of 2019, Katie completed a 5-term co-op with Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. She did several research & development projects for P&G's shampoo brands like Pantene and Head & Shoulders. Her favorite parts of co-op were working with so many friendly, smart people and making a relevant impact on products that millions of people use everyday! Starting in June, Katie will be starting a full time job with P&G, and plans to join the co-op recruiting team to help more students gain the same invaluable experiences that she did as a P&G co-op.

Another successful Stacked Pickle social event! Thanks to all who attended and to all who helped out during Professional Practice Days!!
