8th grade Band trip to Chicago 2026! Great weather, great times, great memories made!

The 8th grade band Chicago Trip is underway!!

A big congratulations to our 7th and 8th grade concert bands! 7th earned a Gold Rating in group 3 and also earned a With Distinction! The 8th grade received a Gold Rating in group 1 and also earned a With Distinction!! Amazing performances by both groups and a wonderful night of music!

The 6th Grade Band had a great performance today for our KIS 5th grade! It was a great moment to show off their hardwork and help get the future 6th graders interested in joining Band!
There was also a great performance from our 6th grade Choir! Just an example of the great music we make here at KMS!

How did the Jazz Band do at Contest?
We Received a Gold Rating With Distinction!!! Congratulations to the Jazz Band on an amazing performance!!

Congratulations to all of our S&E performers this year! We had a great showing with lots of Gold medals and a few Silver!
Also, congratulations to Jimin and Clayton on qualifying for State Competition!
