Doster Leadership Forum, now known as the Doster Leadership Conference, is a biennial leadership conference sponsored by the Krannert School of Management Council. The forum began in 1999 when a group of enterprising students and a dedicated adviser named Barbara G. Doster created a weekend-long leadership conference focused on management student’s interpersonal skills to complement their skills gained in the classroom. As the years have passed, various themes of leadership have been the focus, from Sculpting Tomorrow’s Leaders: The Art of Leadership to Exploring New Frontiers: Leadership Without Limits. As the forum continues to develop and improve, the council is continually striving to make the forum a better experience for all those involved from the corporate sponsors to the students.
