So the amazing 2nd and 3rd year PhD students have decided to share their knowledge and experience about the Qualifying Exam with the Freshmen Grad students. This is an amazing opportunity to get the hang of the qualifying exam and understand what it takes to be successful!

The writing session will take place right after the GBM (free food will be provided! 😆) this Wednesday. We will love to have you join us to encourage and motivate the freshmen grad students! Looking forward to seeing you there!!

Please be reminded of the Purchasing Workshop coming up on Wednesday (19/09/24). The people from Purdue purchasing will come talk about the new form instead of the reimburesent request (TDX), and also talk about Ariba purchasing including complicated cases (maybe during Q&A). They will also help with individual issues.

BMEGSA is holding a watch party for game two (when the NCAA decides to announce it almost certainly this Sunday 3/20) a the location on the post.

We’ll have Buffalo Wild Wings and plenty of screens to catch the game on!

BMEGSA is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day pub crawl!

Join us at 9 Irish Brothers (near campus) on Thursday March 17th at 8:30pm or at any of our other stops.

Join BMEGSA in welcoming perspective BME graduate students to Purdue this weekend!

Social events will be held this week starting with Science on Tap at Lafayette Brewing Company this Thursday (2/24) from 6-7:30 PM followed by dinner and drinks at Digby’s from 8-10

Then Friday (2/25) we’ll be meeting at The Vault for pool from 9-10:30 and heading to Sgt. Preston’s from 10:30-12:30

Sounds like a pretty good time to me!
