HKN is an ECE Honors Society. You can find Beta Chapter at Purdue in the EE Student Lounge in EE24.
Eta Kappa Nu (abbreviated HKN) is an honors society for members of the Electrical and Computer Engineering community. Beta Chapter is at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN is also responsible for the EE Student Lounge in EE24. We offer coffee from $.50-$1, Peace Tea for $.95, donuts for $.60, bagels for $1.25, and many other snacks and drinks!

Today we're proud to donate $786 to the YWCA Greater Lafayette for their Domestic Violence Intervention and Prevention Program! A huge thanks to Professor Reibman, who donned the turkey suit to teach her ECE 302 class today. We'd also like to thank all of the other competitors in this years race- we had quite a turnout!

Strong turnout for the first day of the turkey suit fundraiser!
Who will teach their class in a Turkey suit this year?
Every thanksgiving season, HKN hosts a turkey suit fundraising drive- whoever gets the most donations wears the HKN turkey suit to teach their next class.
This years contenders are Prof. Reibman, Prof. Boutin, Prof. Bagchi, and Todd Wild
All of the proceeds will be donated to a charity of the winner's choosing.
