We are so proud of Purdue special education Ph.D. Candidate, Jingyuan Zhang, for the incredible disability awareness program she has launched in with nearby schools. With support from ABIL doc students and Purdue students with disabilities, the program has flourished!

How can teach young children to better understand differences and diversity – specifically, fellow classmates with disabilities? PhD candidate Jingyuan Zhang created the Disability Awareness Program (DAP) to do this & worked with fellow students to implement it at the Purdue CDF Freedom School® Program this summer. ♿🦻 https://bit.ly/jzhang-dap
