🚀🪐 BLAST OFF TO PLANET KINDERGARTEN! 🪐🚀

Our kindergartners are on a mission! 🌟 Students can make their way to Planet Kindergarten by learning their letters and letter sounds! 🔤✨ Last week, with the help of our kindergarten teachers, administrators, and specials teachers, our students were introduced to Planet Kindergarten! 🚀🪐

Families—you can help your little astronaut reach their goal! 🚀

⭐ Practice letters and sounds for a few minutes each day
⭐ Point out letters on signs, packages, menus, and books
⭐ Read together and have your child find letters they know
⭐ Use flashcards or turn practice into a quick game
⭐ Celebrate every new letter and sound they master!

A little practice at home makes a BIG difference. We can’t wait to see all of our kindergartners make it to Planet Kindergarten! 🌎➡️🪐🚀

Important Changes to Drop-Off & Pick-Up
With the completion of our new pedestrian bridge, the school crosswalk and 20 mph school speed zone have been removed. Because of this, our drop-off and pick-up procedures have changed.

The biggest change is that all vehicles must turn right when exiting the parking lot after drop-off or pick-up. This change is necessary to help keep our students and families safe.

Because traffic on 7000 South will no longer slow for a school zone, you may experience longer wait times when entering AND exiting the parking lot.

Thank you for your patience as everyone adjusts to these new procedures. Our staff will be outside each day to help direct traffic and will stay with your child if traffic is backed up and you're delayed. Students also have the option to exit through the back of the school and walk into the neighborhood behind the school to be picked up.
