Sodas, sugary coffee, random “healthy” drinks… they add up FAST.
2️⃣ Hit your protein
If you’re not prioritizing protein, you’re making this 10x harder on yourself.
3️⃣ Walk more than you think you need to — bonus if you do it fasted.
4️⃣ Lift with intent
Not just “working out.” Push yourself. Build muscle or stay stuck.
5️⃣ Get your sleep in check
Running on 4–5 hours? Cool… enjoy holding onto body fat.
Are there other tools? Sure, but if you can’t do these BASIC 5 things, then you will not have a solid foundation to build ANYTHING on.

3 things killing your glute growth:
1️⃣ You’re not training hard enough
“Feeling the burn” isn’t enough; progressive overload is.
If your sets aren’t getting heavier, slower, or more controlled; you’re spinning your wheels.
2️⃣ Your form is ❌
Half reps. No tension.
Your glutes can’t grow if they’re not actually doing the work.
Slow it down. Control it. SQUEEZE.
3️⃣ You’re under-eating or under-recovering
You want growth? You need fuel.
Protein up. Calories up. Sleep dialed.
No recovery = no results. Period.

Nobody cares how heavy you go if your form is trash.
Slow it down. Control it. Actually hit the muscle.
2. Hit all 3 heads (not just the front)
Front. Side. Rear.
If you’re only pressing, you’re building half a shoulder.
Lateral raises + rear delt work = that full, capped look.
3. Train them more than once a week
Shoulders recover fast.
2–3x per week. Stay consistent. Watch what happens.
Nothing fancy. Just done right.
