Seeing the excitement in the eyes of all who attended was inspiring. Aviation is the great connector of the world and it should be accessible to any person who feels the joy of flying. Our September Pilot Career Chat was incredible! We were joined by Delta First Officer Anders Raine, who shared his inspiring journey from flight school to legacy carrier. He emphasized the importance of hard work and determination, balanced with patience and a drive to go where the opportunities lead. Our students and instructors learned more about the airline hiring process and how to prepare for that stage of their career journey.

Becoming a pilot isn’t something any of us do alone. Mentorship is a valuable tool for both teacher and learner in the pursuit of an aviation career. Stay tuned for our next Pilot Career Chat to continue learning from various pilots around the industry!

25 years ago, our country experienced one of the greatest tragedies in our history. As this tragedy unfolded and the magnitude of what happened began to be realized, the heroes emerged. Standing their ground, flight crews, passengers, first responders, and many others fought with courage and resilience to save the lives of as many as possible. Their actions and sacrifices were the ultimate showing of the American way: uniting to help others.

Remembrance is an action. It requires effort beyond thought. Today, we recognize those who lost their lives on this horrific day. We honor their memory by renewing our commitment to act in ways that promote unity, courage, and resilience, just as they did.

“You will get everything you want.”

We had a great pilot career chat last night! Captain James Crawford joined us to share insights into his career flying in corporate and private aviation. A current Gulfstream G650 captain, James talked about the lifestyle of private flying, stepping stones for a career in that world, and shared many words of encouragement to inspire our students and instructors as they continue to work hard toward their goals.
Thank you, Captain Crawford!

✈️ Happy National Aviation Day! ✈️

Sure, we could post another cool plane pic…we’re sure you’ve seen lots of those today. But today isn’t about cool planes, it’s about the people who make flight possible. It’s not possible to say just how grateful we are for the people who are part of our Randon Aviation crew, but allow us to try!

Every student, instructor, dispatcher, mechanic, and business manager are what make our school the best of the best. These student pilots are driven by a passion to connect people all over the world through the miracle of aviation. That passion shows up with them through countless flight lessons, ground reviews, classes, and study nights. They are what National Aviation Day is all about.

So, instead of another cool plane pic (believe us, we have plenty), enjoy the many faces of Randon Aviation that inspire us day in and day out!
