🎒 Back-to-School Night RSVP Reminder! 📚

Our RSVP for the CTGR CCDF Back-to-School Family Engagement Night will close tomorrow, August 7 at 12:00 PM!

If your family plans to attend, please be sure to RSVP before the deadline. 💚

🎒 Backpack & School Supply Reminder:
Backpacks with school supplies will be provided to children ages 0–12 who are actively enrolled in the CTGR CCDF Program, while supplies last.

As our program primarily serves children within this age range, we are unfortunately unable to provide backpacks and school supplies for junior high or high school-aged youth at this event. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize supplies for the children currently served by our program.

We’re excited to celebrate the start of a new school year with our CTGR CCDF families! Join us for an evening of fun, community, and family engagement as we get ready for another great school year.

✨ Enjoy an evening of:

* 🍽️ Dinner, including a food truck and Chick-fil-A
* 🎨 Family activities

The CTGR CCDF Office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

The last day to RSVP for our CTGR CCDF Family Engagement Lagoon Day is July 1, 2026.

📧 Confirmation emails will be sent out by the end of this week.

Important Ticket Information:
🎟️ Tickets will be issued based on the individuals listed on your current Parent Enrollment Form.
🚫 No additional tickets will be issued.
🎫 Anyone arriving with additional guests not listed on their Parent Enrollment Form will be responsible for purchasing their own admission tickets.

We are excited to kick off our CTGR CCDF Hoop Dance Workshop this evening at the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake!

Thank you to all of the families who registered. We look forward to two days of learning, creativity, culture, and community as participants create their own hoops and learn from our guest instructors.

⏰ Last Call for CCDF Families!

There is still time to RSVP for our upcoming Hoop Dance Workshop on June 12–13 at the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake!

This special two-day workshop will give youth ages 6–12 the opportunity to make their own hoops, learn beginner hoop dance moves, learn from guest hoop dancers, and celebrate culture, creativity, and community.

Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

We encourage eligible CCDF families to register as soon as possible.
